Are items the cleaned before sale?

While we request clean items from consignors and may steam or iron pieces, we recommend washing all items before first wear, just as you would do with new clothing.
How we set our prices?

Our pricing reflects each item's brand, condition, style, and current market value. We aim for fair prices that make sustainable shopping accessible.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDeal, Credit Card and Debit Card.
Do you offer gift options?

We have digital gift cards available in various amounts, usable both online and in-store.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs vary based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will be able to view them before entering the payment page but can also use our shipping costs calculator in shopping cart.
Where do you ship to?

We currently deliver to EU countries.
How long will it take until I receive my order?

We process orders within 2-3 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping provider.
How does returns work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), you are entitled to return within 14 days from delivery. Here's how:

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. As a sustainability-focused small business, processing secondhand items requires significant resources. To keep our prices accessible while promoting mindful purchasing, we can't cover these costs.
All items must be returned with original hangtags and handled with care. We're not responsible for damages or loss during return shipment.

Gift vouchers, toys and non-clothing items cannot be returned.
