We’re excited to welcome your amazing pieces!
You’re welcome to drop off items for sale anytime during our opening hours — no appointment needed. If you’re planning to bring a larger quantity, though, just give us a quick heads-up so we can arrange the best time for you.
Not nearby? No problem! You can also send your garments by post. We'll happily provide you with a shipping label — simply email us for more details and we'll get you set up. Here you can read more details about how to prepare and send your items by post.
Before dropping off, please have a look at our guidelines to make sure your treasures meet our quality standards.

Accepted Clothing and Other Items

We accept quality branded clothing in sizes 50 to 152 and shoes for ages 0 to 12 years.
As a guideline please check our preferred list of Brands.
Besides clothing, we also accept unique, high-quality non-clothing items such as small wooden toys, beautiful children's books or other nursery items.
Items from ultra-fast fashion brands are not accepted.
Suspected counterfeit products will not be selected for sale.

Clothing Condition

All clothing must be recently washed with no stains, holes or visible damage.
Even items from preferred brands won't sell if they are stained or damaged, so please check thoroughly before bringing them in or sending them.
We don't accept clothing that has been stored for a long time or outdated fashion styles.

Seasonal Clothing Intake

Spring clothing: February to April

Summer clothing: May to July

Fall clothing: August to September

Winter clothing: October to January

Consignment Terms

As a consignor, you will receive 40% of the sale price of your item.
Your earnings are automatically paid out every two months.
Items are displayed in the store or will be available online for approximately 12 weeks.
If unsold after this period, they will either be donated to charity or can be collected within three weeks. If you wish to collect unsold items, please inform us in advance.
Unaccepted or uncollected items will be held for up to three weeks before they are donated to our charity partners.
Any item that is found to be dirty or damaged after intake will be donated to charity without further notice.

We assume that by bringing in or sending your items, you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
Our store is not responsible for stolen or lost items, but we do our utmost to handle everything with care.
