Before Sending
Please take a moment to review our guidelines before sending off your items. This is especially important as we can't preselect or review them before they arrive.
Even items from preferred brands may be declined if they don't meet our quality or style standards. Taking a few extra moments to check your items helps us reduce waste, save time, and ensure your pieces have the best chance of finding a new home.
What We Accept
Only items from brands on our approved brand list. Due to our store concept, limited storage capacity, and focus on saleability, we only accept items from brands listed in our curated brand guide.
Freshly laundered clothing only. Items must be clean, with no stains, holes, odours or visible damage.
Current and in-style fashion only. Outdated styles, even from high-end brands, are difficult to sell and will not be accepted.
Accepted sizes: Clothing in sizes 50 to 152 and shoes for ages 0 to 12 years.
No ultra-fast fashion brands. We focus on sustainability and lasting quality.
No suspected counterfeit products. These items will not be selected for sale.
