Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

We offer a 14-day return policy for all online and in-store purchases.
Adults — store credit only
Kids — refund or store credit, your choice
Toys, books, gift vouchers, and other non-clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns Process:

1. Contact us at info@ziggyenlucy.com with your order number to initiate the return.
2. Pack the items securely, including your order number and name.
3. Providing a reason for the return is optional but appreciated.
4. Ship the items at your own expense to
